- No Bigots, No Bullies, No Exceptions. If your “hot take” belongs on the Naughty List, keep it off our site.
- Stay on Theme. We’re here to wrap joy, not launch political snowballs. Save the debates for another chimney.
- PG-13, Please! If Grandma wouldn’t proudly display it on her fridge, it doesn’t belong here.
- No Sock-Puppet Armies. One human, one account. Even if you’re shopping for twelve cousins.
- Settle Beef Like Adults. Disagree? Cool. Personal attacks? Re-gifted elsewhere.
A Few Other Things 🛠️
- Mods Are Elf Helpers, Not Referees. Flag problems rather than fueling feuds.
- Affiliate Sprinkles. We may tuck handy links (with cookies) into posts. They keep the lights—and the coffee—on.
- Avatars & Signatures. Keep ’em cheerful. If you’ve got brand ties, declare them like a gift tag.
TL;DR: Don’t Be That Person. Spread cheer, swap ideas, and nobody gets coal.

- Is spam or looks suspiciously like it.
- Reveals personal data without consent.
- Violates copyright, trademark, or Santa’s secret recipe.
- Encourages illegal activity (like porch-pirate tutorials).
5. Content License
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to display or re-display your content connected to the Forum. You still own it; we just get to keep the bow on top.
6. Modifications
Terms may change faster than holiday shipping deadlines. Continued use means you accept the latest version—check back before you hit “Add to Cart.”
7. Account Closure
Want out? PM a mod and we’ll close your account faster than you can say “return window.”
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re an advice forum, not a warranty department. Use tips at your own risk. If your DIY lava-lamp gift explodes, that’s on you (but also, pics or it didn’t happen).
